An answer at any hour
AI that talks to your customers — at any hour
Some enquiries arrive in the evening, on a Sunday, or while the whole team is busy. Those people usually do not wait — they ask the next company. AI agents and chatbots answer enquiries, take the repetitive questions, accept requests and help customers without waiting for somebody to be free.
What AI can take on and what stays with your team
A large share of the questions any company gets are the same ones: opening hours, prices, availability, where an order is, how to return something. The answers are known and need no person — only time.
What stays with your people is the rest: the negotiation, the unhappy customer, the unusual case, the decision. An AI agent is good at the first kind and should not be let near the second.
- Answers the questions you get constantly, using your information
- Takes requests and enquiries and passes them where you track them
- Checks an order or stock, if it has access to the data
- Books appointments and confirms them
- Collects what is needed from the customer before a person takes over
In chat, on the phone and in messages
One agent can work in several places, because its knowledge is one thing. Where it makes sense to put it depends on where your customers come from.
- On your sitea chat window that answers immediately
- On the phonea voice agent that holds a conversation and needs no button pressing
- In messagingwhere your customers already write to you
- Inside the teaman assistant that finds answers in your own documents
It answers in the customer's language
This is not a promise, it is something already working. The diagnostic on this site is an AI system we built and maintain: it holds a conversation in ten languages, understands spoken input as well as typed, and runs in a real environment rather than a demo.
You can try it now — it is the most accurate idea of what we build that we can give you without showing you somebody else's project.
So the AI can act, not only answer
The difference between a chatbot that sounds good and one that is useful is access to your real information. An agent that does not know what is in stock can only be polite.
So we connect the agent to the systems your data lives in — the shop, the warehouse, the calendar, the customer records. That connection is called an integration, and it is usually the larger part of the work even though none of it shows.
What happens when the AI does not know the answer
It hands the conversation to a person, and that is designed in from the start. An agent that invents an answer is worse than no agent at all — once misled, the customer stops believing you either.
We hold the agent to what it genuinely knows from your information, give it clear boundaries, and make the handover to a person a normal part of the conversation rather than a failure. We also track what gets asked, which usually shows what your site is missing.
What drives the scope and the cost
It depends mainly on how many systems the agent connects to and how much it can do on its own. We do not publish a price, because the difference between the simplest and the most involved case is several times over. The factors:
- Whether it only answers, or also acts — takes requests, checks, books
- How many of your systems it has to connect to
- How many languages and how many channels it works in
- How much information it is trained on, and what form that is in
- Whether a voice agent is needed as well as a text one
Frequently asked questions
Will it get something wrong in front of a customer?
It can, which is why it is built with boundaries. We hold it to your information and require it to hand over to a person rather than guess. We would not claim it is infallible — that is not true of any such system.
Which languages does it work in?
The ones you choose. The diagnostic on this site works in ten and understands speech, so that is checkable rather than a promise.
Can it see our prices and stock?
Yes, if we connect the agent to the system they live in. Without that connection it can only talk in general terms, which is rarely useful.
Will customers realise they are talking to AI?
We recommend making it clear rather than hiding it. People accept AI that helps them quickly; they take much worse to discovering they were misled.
Will it replace the people in customer service?
More often it gives them their time back. The repetitive questions go away, and the difficult conversations — the ones where a person present matters — stay with the team.
